Dive with the experts with a day trip to the Great Barrier Reef from Cairns. With nearly 25 years experience, this locally owned
Dive company has access to 18 superb outer reef locations, within a 50 km radius of Cairns. You will travel to the reef on board
the 24 metre TUSA 5, the latest reef craft, custom designed for ultimate comfort and carefree diving. The T5 features a huge
dive deck, with hydraulically lowered platform that sits below the water level, open-air sun decks, hot water showers,
plus air-conditioned interiors with lounge style seating and flat screens throughout.
At the reef, your day will be spent exploring magical coral gardens at two outer reef sites, selected as the optimum sites
for the day’s conditions. Nearly 5 hours on the reef allows you up to 3 dives in the day, plus time for a little
snorkelling and relaxation. The professional crew offer optional guided diving, plus friendly instruction for snorkellers
and Discover Scuba Diving, for the non-diving partners.
The day includes a fresh and healthy buffet lunch, morning and afternoon tea,
and an informative reef ecology presentation. Nitrox is available when pre-booked, and 3 day packages can be organised.
