Dive with Like Minded Individuals.
Joining a group of like-minded individuals can be one of the simplest and most rewarding ways to enhance your diving experience, not to mention a lot of fun. One of the great things about diving is the camaraderie and sense of community that divers, regardless of ability, share. Many of our customers who over the years have opted for us to tailor make their dive holidays, have joined a group as a one off adventure and never looked back. We often hear “why didn’t we hook up with a group much earlier, we met loads of new friends and we had a ball”.
What’s Does Joining a Group Involve.
Joining a group doesn’t involve Hi-De-Hi holiday camp style activities. Joining a group merely gives you the chance to share your diving experiences with other like-minded divers. Depending on the group you decide to join, you’ll typically have a tour leader who quietly makes sure everything runs smoothly. You’ve probably all seen hordes of tourists following a rather bedraggled looking tour guide around like sheep. That’s not what we offer. We dive together. After that, you decide what level of interaction you want with your fellow divers. Whether that’s simply saying hello on your way to breakfast, sharing a beer after a good days diving, or swapping stories over several more drinks well into the night, the choice is yours. It’s your holiday.
Benefits of Joining a Group
- Group travel offers the camaraderie and expertise of other like minded divers
- Groups often receive greater service and extras from operators
- Single travellers can reduce their costs by sharing a room or cabin with another group member
- Make new diving friends
- Timely resort transfers
- Expertise of a tour leader, who are often instructors and prepared to give you a helping hand or useful tips.
- Tour leaders often have local knowledge as they have been there before.

Still Unsure?
We highly recommend joining a group. If you’re not completely convinced or want to weigh up the merits, give us a call or hit “enquire” and we’ll go through your needs and address your hesitations. We understand that group travel is not everybody’s cup of tea. Joining a group is just one of the many types of holiday that Dive Fish Snow Travel offers.
