2 dive boats plus 1 whale watching vessel operate from Ha’apai. All boats carry a full range of safety equipment including oxygen and general first aid equipment, VHF radios, GPS, EPIRB, flares, life jackets and auxiliary engines.
The main boat is 9 metres long, powered by twin 150hp outboards. She was designed and built in New Zealand to carry 8 divers in comfort. She has easy access in and out of the water, walk around decks, a galley , toilet and provides shelter from the sun.
A smaller, 6 metre rigid hull inflatable powered by a 135hp outboard is perfect for taking smaller numbers of divers to some of the closer dive sites.
For whale watching, a polynesian inspired 12m sailing catamaran is used, which provides a very stable platform for whale watching and ample deck space for people to spread out. She has a schooner rig with soft wing sails and no booms which makes her very easy and safe to sail. There is also a diesel auxiliary engine for more controlled cruising, a large drop down platform on the foredeck, full galley facilities, toilet and a deck shower.
