Daycare & Kids Centre

Star Kids Daycare Centre is one of only a very few specialized daycare licenses that care for children aged 6 weeks to 5 yr; definitely a unique asset for Silver Star. Your children will be cared for by licensed daycare workers who will provide them with fun games and crafts in both indoor and outdoor environments. Star Kids Daycare also offers a skiing programme! Daycare Plus is a full day of daycare with a 1 hour private lesson at 9:00 am or 1:00 pm and they provide rental equipment for no extra cost. There are exciting indoor and outdoor activities planned throughout the day. From arts and crafts to movies, games and toys — the daycare facility is fun for all children.

Kids’ Centre On-Mountain Lessons and Groups

Skiing and snowboarding is fun for children too and there is no better place for children to improve their skiing or boarding skills than at the Star Kids Centre! At Silver Star, children are encouraged to reach their full potential in classes that are safe, fun and full of confidence building on-mountain techniques. For beginner skiers and snowboarders they have a magic carpet in an enclosed beginner learning area in front of the Star Kids Centre. Children can learn to ski or snowboard with a friendly, certified instructor. Silver Star’s award-winning instructors are legendary for their patience, enthusiasm, and ability to bring out the best in every child. Rest assured that your children will receive the highest level of care and attention, every step of the way!

Kids’ Night Out

The Kids Centre Evening Programmes are intended to provide a fun time for children and also allow parents to enjoy a night out. Supervised programming at the Kids Centre includes: dinner and tubing Tube Town, hot chocolate and skating or dinner and activities night with board games and movies.
