As Rusutsu Resort is 45 minutes from Niseko and Hirafu, it is not always practical to stay at Niseko if you wish to ski Rusutsu. Although accommodation in Rusutsu Resort is limited, it is more practical to stay there.

Rusutsu Powder Lodge

Rusutsu Powder Lodge is Rusutsu's best located accommodation. The Seicomart convenience store is right next door, across the road is the West Mountain gondola, and it’s a 3 minute walk to the East Mountain gondola.

This charming budget Western style ski lodge is very clean and comfortable.
It can either be a self-contained chalet sleeping up to 16 people, or sold as separate rooms in the lodge. There are single, twin, triple and quad share rooms, a common lounge with cable TV and a DVD player, a large dining area and common kitchen.

Rusutsu Resort Hotel

Located at the base of the West Mountain the Rusutsu Resort Hotel offers ski in/ski out luxury accommodation. The hotel is divided into North and South Wings and most rooms have great views of the surrounding mountains. In the hotel complex you’ll find a small shopping mall, an Onsen public bath, a sports bar, internet facilities, a wave pool, plus several restaurants and cafes. It’s a great place for children too.

The hotel has a wide variety of twin, triple and quad rooms. They all have private bathrooms, and offer hair drier, yukata (Japanese style bathrobe), TV, refrigerator, in room safe and Broadband Internet access.

Rusutsu Tower

The 24 storey Tower hotel is situated between the East and West Mountains and is linked to the main gondola by it’s own small free monorail train. It’s a great place for families and small groups as all the rooms are condominium style suites. While they don’t have kitchens, they do have a small refrigerator in each room.

As well as the 3 restaurants within the Tower building,  guests also have access to all the facilities, swimming pool and gymnasium, restaurants and other amenities in the main Rusutsu Resort Hotel.

All suites have a spacious lounge on the ground floor, with bedrooms on the second floor. The 1 bedroom suites sleep 2-5 people, with a twin beds in the bedroom and 2 single pull down beds in the living room area.

The 2 bedroom suites sleeps 6-7 people, with 2 separate twin bedrooms, and 2 single pull down beds in the living room.
