Highlands
Aspen Highlands, the locals’ favourite, boasts not only breathtaking vistas of the surrounding Maroon Bells but also an abundance of expert terrain and groomed cruisers. Hiking to the 3,777 meter summit of Highland Bowl, Colorado’s ultimate in-bounds backcountry rush, takes about 30-minutes and typically rewards visitors with untracked descents down pitches as steep as 45 degrees
