Terrain Park
Beaver Creek features three progressive terrain parks and one half-pipe, all incorporated into the mountain to make travel between them seamless. Start at Park 101 with small jumps, rails and fun boxes. Move on to the Zoom Room and Moonshine Terrain Park where the terrain gets progressively larger. Perfect your Rodeo 540 or switch take-offs and landings. The unique Parkology programme through the Ski and Snowboard School is the full curriculum for “new school” riders and skiers: study in a groundbreaking park-and-pipe program featuring fast and furious terrain.
Mountain Hosts
The recipient of the National Ski Areas Association’s Best Overall Guest Service Award two year running, Beaver Creek’s Mountain Hosts not only provide superior guest service, they anticipate it. They offer complimentary Mountain tours daily, Cocoa every morning, and warm chocolate chip cookies every afternoon.
Mountain Dining
Spruce Saddle Lodge- Enjoy spectacular views and delicious selections from the International Dining Court, located at the top of Centennial Express Chairlift.
Red Tail Camp & the Talon’s Umbrella Bar- Enjoy signature pecan-smoked BBQ on our sunny deck. The Talons’ Umbrella Bar is a full service bar serving a full range of your favourite beverages and local brews. Located at the base of the Larkspur and Birds of Prey Express Chairlifts.
Broken Arrow- Serving brick-fired pizzas, soups, salads, sandwiches, and the famous Blinky Burger. Enjoy a full service bar on the sunny patio. Located at the base of the Arrowhead Express Chairlift in Arrowhead Village.
Grooming
At Beaver Creek, they groom twenty hours a day, seven days a week. Fifty-two operators work ten-hour shifts at 11,000 ft/335mtr behind a turbo-charged diesel engine. The result:, 776 groomed acre314 hectaress a day- roughly half the mountain of pure corduroy for your skiing and riding pleasure.
Talon's Challenge Terrain
The Talon’s Challenge terrain is a showcase of some of the steepest, most challenging runs in Colorado. 13 of the toughest black diamond and double-black diamond runs including Golden Eagle are home to World Cup racing’s legendary Birds of Prey Downhill course. Complete all 13, and earn your place on the Red Tail Camp Wall of Fame.
Known for its inviting beginner and intermediate terrain, Beaver Creek has a new reason to be proud. Stone Creek Chutes on the eastern side of the mountain delivers thrills and hidden powder stashed for expert skiers and riders. Explore 180 acres/73 hectares of short, steep gladed terrain and spectacular views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
